Methodology
Our approach is based upon years of experience that uses a variety of best practices in system development life cycles. By taking the most effective procedures from the classic waterfall approach along with more contemporary, object-oriented methods, we have created our own methodology. We find it to be an evolved system of creating a manageable process. A key to the success of our methodologies also comes from our staff’s willingness to adapt and be flexible while focusing on the delivery of high-end solutions within reasonable time frames.
Management
Based on the principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Windsor creates a balance of management with the size and complexity of the project. This approach results in a level of formality that is appropriate for both the client and the assignment. Our project management style has resulted in an admirable record for successful project completion, as well as customer satisfaction.
Communication
Part or our approach to systems development focuses good communication between our staff and our clients. Our staff works hard to ensure that the necessary individuals are kept informed of project status on a regular basis. We developed a reputation for being easy to work with, and a large part of that is due to the fact that we keep the lines of communication open, and we use them regularly.
