DMR Data Entry and flow to ICIS / NPDES

Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is a partial batch date with respect to its management and reporting of Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) information. Windsor is currently working with the DEQ to design and implement a new application that supports DMR management at the state and the submission of DMR's to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Integrated Compliance Information System - National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (ICIS-NPDES).

Results that Reward

The new application provides the DEQ DMR user with significant advantages over their earlier DMR management tools. As well as more flexible management of data entry and the electronic reprtoing of data to the EPA via the Central Data Exchange, Windsor's application supports DMR versioning along with the archival of DMR records.
