Design NEI/AQS/WRAP Data Flows

NMED is currently engaged in a project to automate the EIS data reporting process by providing facilities with a secure Web application that can be used to electronically report annual emissions information as a preferred alternative to the current paper and spreadsheet based mechanisms. NMED contracted Windsor to conduct the analysis and design tasks for this emissions data submission system. Windsor is now working with the department to implement the EIS data flow over the Windsor OpenNode2 platform.
