Air Certifications/Emissions Electronic Reporting System

The New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Windsor are completing a project to design, develop and implement an online electronic reporting application for the regulated Title V community to use to meet their permitted compliance certification and annual emissions statement reporting requirements.
