Users search using a map-based tool.
nSITE includes a Geographic Information System (GIS) tool that captures and displays data that is of interest to each user. It integrates with ESRI ArcGIS or other mapping services. Separate interfaces are for staff and community.
The public can submit feedback online.
Instead of communicating through emails, paper formats, or phone calls, users can ask questions or submit a complaint or feedback through an online form, linked to a facility or geographic area. Staff responses and related work are then streamlined.
